Canadian Currency, eh?

All of the prices listed in Earthstore are in Canadian funds. With the
U.S. dollar often reaching about $1.40 in Canadian dollars, this should
result in significant savings for shoppers in the United States. To check

OK, so how do I drive this shopping cart?

Similar to shopping in the physical world, items that you wish to take to
the checkout stand are first stored in your shopping cart. Any time
you find a product that you would like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart"
and the title will automatically be added to your cart and you will
view your cart's contents. Later, at Purchase Now, you can proceed with
or change your order. There is no limit to the number of products you can
order.

How do I make changes to my shopping cart?

Any time that you wish to make changes to your shopping cart or
just view the products you have added to your cart, simply click
"View Cart" (located on most pages beneath the description of each
product). You will see all the items in your cart. After you modify the
quantity or remove an item click either "Continue Shopping" or
"Finalize Order" These buttons will automatically update your shopping
cart. This is the only way to update your cart. If you make
changes to the shopping cart and click on any other navigational
button (in effect, leaving the shopping cart without saving it) your
changes will not be recorded.

Must I buy every product I put in my shopping cart?

No. Remember, placing products in your shopping cart does not
obligate you to buy them! You can easily remove one or more products
from your cart by clicking "Purchase Now" and putting "0" in the quantity
field for that product. Of course, no purchases are made until you finalize
the order.

How do I finalize my order?

When you are finished shopping, go to "Purchase Now ". You will see a list
of all the products you have selected. To purchase these products select
your chosen shipping and payment method and click the "Finalize
Order" button. This will transfer you to the secure server confirmation
page. On this page you will see all of the products that you are ordering
and the total of your order. Confirm that the order is correct and enter
your credit card number and that's it! A thank-you screen will appear
and an automatic email will be sent as confirmation. For security
reasons, this email will not contain your credit card number.

By Fax:

To order by fax, 24 hours a day, simply fill your shopping cart with the
products that you wish to order, and then print a copy of your shopping
cart and the fax/mail order form (found on the Checkout page).
Fill in the order form with your name, type of credit card, credit card
number and the expiration date. Sign the form and fax it along with the
printout of your shopping cart to: Attention Earthstore Fax Orders,
1-250--392-2075.

Shipping Options

When viewing your shopping cart, choose the shipping option that is
appropriate. Indicate whether to ship U.S. & Canada ground or
International. The shopping cart will automatically display the
shipping and handling cost for each of these options. Remember, prices
are in Canadian funds and you can use the Currency Converter to
determine the cost of the order in your own currency.
