We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst/Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage company data, build and maintain reports, track vendor pricing, and support decision-making with clear, actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

Write and run SQL queries to manage and organize data.
Collect, clean, and track pricing data from vendors.
Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards in spreadsheets or internal tools.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to answer key business questions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems.
Develop and support automation workflows and basic data pipelines to streamline reporting and data management.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficiency in SQL for database management and data retrieval.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning).
Experience building reports and working with data in a structured way.
Familiarity with automation and data pipelines.
Use of AI tools for data management, reporting, or analysis.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python, R, Javascript or other programming languages.
