The Earth Cups Back-to-School Bracket Is Back

The Earth Cups Back-to-School Bracket (brought to you by Tractor Beverage Co.) is back, inviting college organizations to compete and showcase their campus pride while promoting sustainability.

We’re kicking off the semester with a little friendly competition between college organizations across the country—and we need your help deciding who comes out on top.

So, What Is the Back-to-School Bracket?

Think March Madness, but make it college organizations, campus pride, and a whole lot of Earth Cups.

Throughout the bracket, organizations go head-to-head on our Instagram Stories. Each matchup gives the Earth community a chance to vote for their favorite organization, with winners advancing to the next round.

And yes, there are prizes involved. 👀

Last semester, 15+ organizations took home Earth Cups through the bracket, with winning organizations receiving anywhere from 1–5 cases of cups to bring back to campus.

Why We Do It

The Back-to-School Bracket is about more than just winning a case of cups.

At Earth Cups, we’ve always believed that sustainability works best when it’s community-driven. College campuses are some of the most exciting places to see that in action—students are constantly finding new ways to make their events, parties, fundraisers, and everyday campus life more sustainable.

The bracket gives those organizations a chance to show off what makes their community special while rallying their friends and classmates around a common goal.

Basically: campus pride meets sustainable cups.

How to Get Involved

It’s simple:

1. Follow along on Instagram.
We’ll be sharing each matchup on our Stories.

2. Vote for your favorite.
See an organization you love? Tap your vote and help them advance.

3. Share the bracket.
The more people who vote, the better. Tag your friends, send the matchup to your group chat, and rally your campus behind your team.

4. Watch to see who takes the crown.
Only one organization can make it all the way to the top.

Whether you’re a sorority, fraternity, club, student organization, or just someone who loves a little friendly competition, this is your chance to get your campus involved.

And if your organization is competing this semester, don’t be shy about campaigning. We fully support sending the bracket to the group chat approximately 47 times.

Because at the end of the day, the Back-to-School Bracket is about celebrating the communities that make college campuses what they are—and giving them a chance to make a little more of an impact while they’re at it.
